Due to the current global economic conditions of the financial industry CFOS has been unable to maintain the required capital to continue operations as an Independent Introducing Broker. Under the current business circumstances, CFOS’ ownership regrettably has decided not to contribute any additional capital to the firm. Regrettably this means CFOS has ceased operations effective July 22, 2009.

At this time I would like to remind you that your account is held at a registered FCM, in a customer segregated funds account. As such your account is completely secured and will be unaffected by CFOS ceasing operations.

It is our intention to seamlessly transfer your account to another introducing broker who can then begin immediately servicing your account. We are currently working with the FCM carrying your account and other Introducing Brokers to effortlessly affect this transfer.
